On 17 October, CIEd PhD student Donato Rosa took part in the III NEAME Seminar and International Seminar on Studies and Research in Education, at UNESP Araraquara – Brazil, and gave a presentation entitled ‘The role of the Educational Charter in municipal education policy and planning’.
On March 15, during the Smart Education Ecosystem event, a cooperation agreement was signed between Vila do Conde City Council, the University of Minho's Education Research Center, the Póvoa de Varzim and Vila do Conde Schools Association Training Center, the D. Afonso Sanches School Group and BCN - Sistemas de Escritório e Imagem.
