From May 27 to 29, CIEd researcher Maria José Casa-Nova took part in the Council of Europe’s Final Conference Inclusive Schools: Making a difference for Roma Children, as part of the INSCHOOL Project promoted by the European Union and the Council of Europe.
This participation derived from her role as “Educational Policy Expert” within the scope of this project and also from the Council of Europe’s invitation to lead the development of a TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR TEACHERS AND NONTEACHING STAFF: Roma Culture, History, and Education in the Portuguese context, in protocol with the University of Minho.
On July 9, CIEd researchers presented two papers, co-authored with Pedro Abrantes.
