CIEd researchers Almerindo J. Afonso and Leonor Torres took part in “Sextas ao Centro – Cycle of Thematic Meetings: April 25 – 50 years of freedom and challenges for education. How can we educate for the present? What is really important to learn?” organized by the Braga-Sul Schools Association Training Centre, Grande Auditório da Escola Secundária D. Maria II de Braga, on May 17, 2024.
The researchers took part in PANEL I – What is really important to learn? Almerindo Janela Afonso gave a speech entitled Ignorance as oppression and knowledge as emancipation and Leonor L. Torres was responsible for the moderation and comments.
