Psychosocial Development, Learning and Special Needs

Our research concerns the identification and definition of personal and contextual variables which influence learning and development processes from childhood to adulthood as well as issues related to the education of individuals with Special Needs and their families.

The activities include the analysis of development processes, learning settings, the construction/validation of assessment instruments, implementation/evaluation of intervention strategies and programs in order to prevent difficulties, academic maladjustment or failure, and to enhance professional development.
