Inclusive School Experiences.
[Excerpt] The purpose of this booklet is to highlight the path developed within the scope of the RISE Project (Roma School Inclusive Experiences). It offers greater emphasis to the theoretical support with regard to basic concepts related to the professional practices of the various social and educational stakeholders that inhabit the school space, to the chosen research method, and to the pedagogical practices built as pedagogical differentiation devices. These seek to reverse the inherent logic of the teaching-learning concept - in which the protagonists of action are the teachers - into the learning-teaching concept - in which students are the main protagonists of action. Thus, this booklet aims to inspire other socio-educational realities where social inequalities - often appearing as naturalized - need to be deconstructed, unveiled, worked upon towards social transformation, while enhancing the autonomy and social emancipation of actor-subjects in a situation of structural subordination. |
