Sílvia Monteiro has a PhD in Educational Psychology. Her research field is Higher Education, academic success and employability. Currently, she is studying competencies' development during Higher Education and the work transition of young graduates. She is author of several publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals in the areas of Psychology and Education.
