CIEd Bulletin No. 12 has been released, entirely dedicated to thirteen recent PhD graduates who completed their third cycle studies in 2024 at CIEd-IE/UMinho.
Entitled Recent PhD Graduates in Education Sciences, this issue highlights the educational, scientific, and personal journeys that marked their doctoral experience, revealing the balance between investment in learning, academic growth, and the social, professional, and educational return on the degree obtained. In addition, the publication also includes a set of reflections and advice that the new PhD graduates offer to new generations of students.

On October 8, a meeting of Thematic Strand 1 was held at the Institute of Education, addressing the following topics: Ongoing Research Projects; LT1 Thematic Seminar – proposal and program; and information on the opening of applications for funding.
