CIEd researcher Joana Casanova collaborated with the Erasmus PhD4Moz project (ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE, ID101128729) as a trainer on the 30-hour Self-Management Course held in April and May 2025.
The PhD4Moz project is funded by the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA) and aims to strengthen doctoral training in Health Sciences in Mozambique. It is coordinated by Professor Margarida Correia-Neves, a lecturer at the University of Minho’s School of Medicine. The project consortium includes three Mozambican institutions, Eduardo Mondlane University, Maputo Pedagogical University and the National Health Institute (INS), as well as the Karolinska Institute in Sweden and TecMinho.
