On November 24, CIEd researcher José Augusto Pacheco was at the National University of Timor Lorosa’e (UNTL) for the solemn ceremony of the XXIX Graduation of Finalists of the Bachelor’s, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate and Master’s Degree Courses, where he delivered the Prayer of Sapience.
