Applications are now open for the short course “Career Management and Professional Skills Development for the 21st Century,” coordinated by CIEd researcher Sílvia Monteiro, as part of the Aliança Project.

The main objective of this course is to equip participants with key skills for
building and actively managing their professional careers in a constantly changing world.
It aims to develop critical, creative, and strategic skills to
respond to the complex challenges of the contemporary job market, promoting the
personal and professional empowerment of participants.
