The GREENLIGHT project: Generating Renewable Energy Education Network – Leading Initiatives for Green & Harmonious Tomorrows, was presented at the 2025 Education Biennial project exhibition.
The overall objective of this project is to increase the energy literacy of primary school students, contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 7.
The project, coordinated by the University of Mugla (Turkey), involves universities and schools in Turkey, Portugal, Greece, and North Macedonia. The Portuguese participants are the University of Minho, through the Institute of Education and the School of Sciences, and the Alberto Sampaio School Group.
The application was supported by the Municipality of Braga, Erre, and DST, which recognized the relevance of the objectives to be achieved.
Maria José da Silva Fernandes, from São Paulo State University, is attending the Postdoctoral Program in Education Sciences, specializing in School Organization and Administration.
