On February 7, the PhD exams in Educational Sciences, specializing in Educational Technology, were taken by João Firmino Soares Abreu Alves, with Dr. Bento Duarte da Silva, Dr. Nelson de Luca Pretto and Dr. Roberto Brazileiro Paixão as supervisors.
With his thesis “The management of free access to knowledge: a case study of the repositories of the University of Minho and the Federal University of Bahia”, he was awarded a “Very Good” grade.
Maria José da Silva Fernandes, from São Paulo State University, is attending the Postdoctoral Program in Education Sciences, specializing in School Organization and Administration.
