On July 2, Manuel Orlando Capuma took the PhD exams in Education Sciences, specializing in School Organization and Administration, with Virgínio Isidro Martins Sá as his supervisor.
With the thesis “Middle Management in Angolan Public Schools: Institutionalism and Power”, he was awarded a “Very Good” grade.
The meeting, which was attended by Professor Maria José da Silva Fernandes, from the Paulista State University in Brazil, was a time to talk about and discuss the work carried out by the members of TS1, as well as possible research, collaborations and partnerships with the Brazilian university.
