The Cenas & Ciências project (Norte project 08-5266-FSE 000121, as part of the P20/20 N20/20 projects to combat school failure) is run by the Municipality of Terras de Bouro and teachers from the School of Sciences and IE at the University of Minho (2018-2012), funded by the ESF (Norte 08-5266-FSE 000121).
Its main objective is to organize experimental activities for children aged 3 to 10, to promote skills and the acquisition of fundamental concepts in the field of science.
Training activities for educators and teachers, including lectures, workshops and training courses.
