Federation of European Literacy Associations (FELA) is a network of 28 literacy organisations. There are no individual members in FEL, yet it is rich in the diversity of its organisations and members, bringing together a variety of experiences, languages, routes, traditions and activities.

The main task is to reach out to people with a common interest in literacy across Europe through a Federation of organisations dedicated to promoting literacy at all levels of education.
