The Hybrid Seminar entitled “Career Resources and Employability in Higher Education: Diversity and Intervention in Dynamic Contexts” will be held on October 18, 2024, at the Institute of Education of the University of Minho.

This event, organized as part of the project (Re)Search for Career: Remote career intervention, employability and social equity in access to the labour market (http://doi.org/10.54499/PTDC/CED-EDG/0122/2020), will take place in person and will be broadcast online at the same time.

The aim of this seminar is to promote a space for reflection and debate on the challenges and opportunities inherent in the employability of higher education students. The first part of the event will be dedicated to presentations by members of the team on some of the results of the research carried out in this project. In the afternoon, the seminar will include a Round Table on “From university to work: Challenges, resources and opportunities in times of uncertainty”, and a Conference entitled “Work for a straw: Exploring the diversity of paths between higher education and the labor market”.

This seminar is aimed at academics, researchers, professionals from employment support services and student support services, higher education students, as well as anyone interested in understanding and improving employability and career resources in the current context.
