This research network is the only international network that brings together social scientists researching racism and antisemitism. Since its creation in 2008, it has become an important ESA network in terms of the number of members and sessions it organises.
The network’s perspective is to bridge a unique gap between the understanding of antisemitism and racism, exploring correspondences and affinities, but also differences and contrasts. Its central question is to understand the material conditions and the social, political and historical contexts that shape the variations of antisemitism and racism over time and in different European and global contexts.
