CIEd has started the Winter School: 4th cycle of advanced training in research methodologies in Education Sciences. This edition includes a series of 6 training sessions between January and April.
On January 30, the Opening Session took place, with the participation of the Winter School Coordinator, Sílvia Monteiro, the Director of CIEd, Leonor Lima Torres, the Director of the Doctoral Course in Educational Sciences, José Augusto Pacheco, and the Vice-President of the Institute of Education, Fernando Azevedo.
This day was also marked by Session 1: Multiple correspondence analysis using IBM SPSS, led by Professor José Augusto Palhares, which was attended by around 20 trainees.
On January 8, the Living Smart Schools Online Meeting#1 took place, focusing on the Living Smart Schools (LSS) project: Well-being and resilience of principals and teachers for an inclusive multicultural Education in Europe (Project: 101249336 — ERASMUS-EDU-2025-PEX-TEACH-ACA).
