PhD in Education, specialization in Organization and School Administration. Coordinator of the Research Line  of CIEd: Diversity, democratization and social inclusion . He taught at Foreign Universities (Faculty of Education, Complutense University of Madrid - Esrasmus Program; University of East Timor). Participates in the European Research Network About Parents in Education. She is the author of national and international publications on parental participation in school management, parental associations, school choice, democratic management and managerialism. She is deputy director of the department of social sciences of education.
